The first issue of NIA’s newsletter was printed and distributed in 1982. It was a resounding success. Since that time, with very few exceptions, editions have been made available to the fellowship 4 times a year at the Assemblies.

At the Winter Assembly in 2018, the Assembly approved translation of Concepts into Spanish for placement on the website.

At the Fall Assembly in 2020, distribution of Concepts was changed from being mailed to digital distribution only.

Most older issues of Concepts are available from the Archivist. Due to anonymity, requests for copies will be reviewed in accordance with the NIA 20 Archives Committee Policies and Procedures (2013). See the Archives page for additional information.
